By accessing or using EcomFlash ("the Service"), creating an account, or clicking "I agree," you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EcomFlash.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using EcomFlash, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
EcomFlash is an AI-powered product photography platform that generates professional product images based on photos you upload and scene descriptions you provide. The Service is available via web at ecomflash.jinzy.com and via our iOS and Android mobile application. The Service is provided "as is" and features may change over time.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account by contacting us at support@ecomflash.jinzy.com.
Free tier: New accounts receive 3 complimentary image generations at no cost. These credits are lifetime credits and do not expire.
Premium subscription: Premium accounts are billed at ₹999 per month (or the price displayed at the time of purchase). Premium includes 60 image generations per monthly billing period. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
Subscription auto-renewal: Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Settings page within the app or through your App Store account settings (for iOS purchases). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to Premium features until the end of the paid period.
Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. For iOS purchases, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy. For web purchases, contact us at support@ecomflash.jinzy.com within 14 days of charge if you believe there has been an error. This refund policy is provided in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 applicable to users in India.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service and payment policies. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription via your Apple ID account settings. Apple's standard terms apply: Apple EULA.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
Your content: You retain full ownership of your original uploaded images. You also retain full ownership of all AI-generated images produced from your uploads. EcomFlash claims no intellectual property rights over your content. You are free to use generated images for any lawful commercial purpose, including online stores, advertising, and marketing.
Our content: The EcomFlash name, logo, website, application, and all underlying technology are owned by EcomFlash and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or brand assets without written permission.
License to process: By uploading images, you grant EcomFlash a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store those images solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your images to train AI models or share them with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT GENERATED IMAGES WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. AI GENERATION RESULTS MAY VARY AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ECOMFLASH AND ITS OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ECOMFLASH IN THE THIRTY (30) DAYS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EcomFlash and its operators from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit to the Service.
The Service integrates third-party services including Google AI APIs (image generation), MongoDB Atlas (database), LemonSqueezy (web payments), Apple In-App Purchase (iOS payments), RevenueCat (subscription management), Resend (transactional email), and PostHog and Google Analytics (analytics). Your use of the Service is subject to those providers' respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions of third-party service providers.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Noida, India, or resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at Noida, India, at EcomFlash's election. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect (severability).
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EcomFlash regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
